How long will it take to get approved?
From the teleconference with Carl Shusterman on Green Cards Through Marriage
Question: How long does it take to get a Fiancé Petition approved?
Answer: That varies, depending on what service center the petition is filed in. For example, the California Service Center approves Fiancé Petitions in approximately two months at the time of this discussion. That could change at any time, due to volume. To see waiting times in other service centers, see: Service Center Processing Times.
